Intrudair introduces the newest EXP series for pro flyers – depending on the type- for skydive and tunnel usage.

Their friend, (a professional freeflyer and tunnelflyer, also world record holder) Philip Exner, has been a great help because he controlled the whole development with his personal advice, innovative conception and legendary German precision.

He did tests time to time and took care of configuring even for the ultra-fine details of the suit.

By desiging the suit the Intrudair tried to have the minimum elastic elements because the elastic aterial gets worn out the fastest of all the materials they have by the extremly active tunnel usage.

They recommend to have this suit mostly for tunnel instructors, and dynamic flyers. Intudair is proud to have been able to achieve the comfortable feeling while flying in the EXP, which- meantime- also allows free movements with the help of the innovative 3D design and curved tailoring lines.

The main material is 4-Ply taslan, with minimal Brunico VX windproof elastic fragments. The cut tightly follows the body. They reinforced the knees and the elbows with cordura 1000 material, which is an extra option to have. The zippers are windproof YKK.

ABOUT THE SUIT

Intrudair student suit is only produced from the best and strongest 4 ply taslan or belga polycotton materials, with cordura reinforcements on the knees and bottom and grips on the arms and legs without asking. All of them have inside pocket, and by default high neck. Choosing for Your dropzone the right type of the material is highly depending on the geolocation and also size of the suit. For example Small and Medium suits have nylon front, and tight spandex lower arms with tight tayloring. The bigger ones (like Large, Extra Large) are always made of shiny polycotton (Belga) or taslan front and broad lower arms fabric with loose cut. According to measurements please consider best material advice on the following chart.

Freefly C+ suit is based on our Freefly Comp model which is made for all-around skydiving. Heavy weight flyers can also make a great use of it at tunnel traingins with medium or slow fall rate.

Intrudair recommend this suit for camera folks, AFF instructors and last but not least for fun jumpers because it’s slinky on the body, and both arms and legs are loosely taylored. It is a very comfortable model thanks to the windproof Brunico WX elastic parts.

This is an ultimate dropzone suit, since it can be useful in such a wide speed range – thanks to the proper material selection and the ideal cut of the arms and legs.

The knees are reinforced with high abrasion resistant cordura 1000, but you can also ask the whole shin to be made out of it. This way the suit takes the hard landing and slip out smoothly.

They placed couple of freefly grips on the suit, so it can be used in big formations.

The loose tayloring of the arms and legs are great for camera work, and AFF coaching with safety. It can aviate pretty fast!

You can easily place your devices into your extra large inner pocket.

It is possible to ask air ventilations on the inner side of the legs, making it easier to sit in the aircraft comfortably even in the biggest heat.

There have been new suit trends are occurring in the sport of skydiving worldwide latley. So they modified their freefly design to create a tighter and cleaner suit. The silhouette of the suit narrowly follows the anatomy of the body with a homogenic material use and 3D elbow and knee formation.

The suit is tightly tailored on the upper parts of the body and around thighs. The elastic parts around the shoulders, between legs and side of the body will allow you to move much more comfortably.

When creating a normal speed suit, they suggest selecting taslan material on the body, arms and legs. For a fast, tight suit please choose a nylon front and upper arms. Optimal choice for those who don’t prefer full body suits, but prefer the performance of the booties. We recommend it against the summer heat. The target audience for these pants are mainly AFF instructors, big way lovers, and every belly flier who wants to be more agile with the booties.

Normal straight fit cut, power booties with two options: tighter bootie with zip, and a bit loose one with rubber stretch around the heels.

There is a new feature: you can ask for extra grips so it can be used in formation skydiving or big way with a T-shirt (or with a loose fit jacket, or camera jacket). The pants are made with taslan basic material, cordura knees and booties, and some elastic parts between the legs.

The elastic parts are produced with Brunico WX, a very strong elastic material so you can experience the advantage of the close-fitting shape which also helps you do flexible movements without any limits.
