These are the Tyvek Design rigging data cards adopted by the Parachute Industry Association.

There is room available for all important data, 30 lines for repack history, and a blank spot for your own rigging company information

Full payment for the order (including the price of the product and applicable shipping charges) must be paid prior to completing the order.
