Completing the “F Series” suits, the F-Zero has been designed with wind tunnels in mind. Made of the same Aërian windproof fabric used on the F3 freefly suit, it provides optimal fit and comfort, with a slightly stretchy material. Cuffs and ankles are closed with comfortably tight Lycra, and collar is also made of stitches-free double layered Lycra.

Standard Sizes

Know your body measurements to select the right size. Have someone taking your measurements on light clothes, without shoes, removing objects from pockets. Stand straight while being measured and follow the guidelines. Take your measurements three times or more to be absolutely sure about the numbers, and take care in not twisting the measurement tape.

They’re surely not covering 100% of the people, but there are very good chances that you will find a standard size fitting you well! This has clear advantages, for us as manufacturers, for our dealers, and for jumpers.

As manufacturer, we can organize the production better, allowing more favorable prices.

A dealer can stock standard sizes, with faster reassorting time, to serve better his own customers.

Jumpers can take advantage of a good quality product, at a reasonable price, with a short delivery time. And if lucky enough, a suit fitting may be at the DZ shop!

We have designed the new models with the standard sizes in mind, and we have set 7 sizes for men, and 7 for women (yes, we noticed that man and women are different). This will give great flexibility and more chances to find a standard size to fit a person.

So, what should you do to choose the standard size that would fit? Well, first of all look at the measurements chart! This is important as you should pick the size by the measurements, not by its name… From the measurement chart you will easily find if a size fits you tight or loose, and decide which is best.

Another option is to try a suit in a standard size at a dealer’s shop, and once found the best fitting one, place the order thru the dealer. Or just buy the one you tried!

Here is the new AirMate with durable but stretchy fabric. It can still fit you if your weight moves up or down. Intrudair did their best to make it less sensitive to weight changes using special, flexible and stretchy fabrics.

They subjected the elastic material to an intensive testing process with more than 1000 hours of wind-tunnel time and hundreds of skydiving jumps!

This suit is a redesigned RW suit with loose cut, perfect choice for heavy weight jumpers, or for big way fun jumps. The base of the suit is an RW suit, with power booties, grips on arms and legs.

You can ask for an extra slow version with some plus looseness, and cordura 1000 arms.

There are two choices for the leg type, either with rubber strapped booties, or without booties (normal legcuff).

The upper body has a loose cut which makes it possible to wear some extra underlayers. The power booties provide easy tracking, formation transitions, and for the heavier jumpers it is perfect for tunnel flights. The loose upper body cut gives extra drag for slower falling. It has taslan 4-ply material by default. The knees, bottom and booties are made of cordura 1000.

One of the most popular Intrudair models, the RW-Comp has been developed for experienced formation jumpers. The goal was to get the perfect suit for skydiving, tunnel training, and of course competitions.

According to the factory default, the body front and upper arms are made of strong nylon, the back is full spandex, so the tight-cut lower arms.

The torso part of the suit is (fast) tight cut, the large booties are made of cordura 1000, designed for fast turns and stabile flying. The knees are also reinforced by cordura, with a sponge lining inside, but you can also ask for an extra protector.

The grips are super massive and large, single arm and inner leg grips by default. The suit comes with Windproof YKK zippers, which are abrasion resistant in the tunnel, hard to destroy, also its lifespan is double compared to the common ones.

This camera suit has been specially developed for belly flying and RW-Big way camerawork. Intrudair used the core tailoring patterns of a tight and smoothened RW suit, with similar material selection: Nylon or Taslan 4-ply front and upper arms, tight spandex or loose taslan 4-ply for lower arms.

The power booties are making sure that the suit is agile, and it provides sufficient aviation for precision camerawork, such as RW4 big way or even in rotor wind. You can ask the booties with zipper or rubber. The wing size are personally customized, made from Nylon + Taslan 4-ply.

For the wing attachments, you can select between RSL Shakly or carabiner method. The fixing point can be the thigh-strap of your rig, or a velcro on your thigh, called the sandwich method.

A looped strap on your hands or thumb helps you to stretch the wings. It is attached to the upper side of the wings with a swoop cord, inside the suit.

The RSL shaklies and velcro sandwiches are not attached to the thighs by default, because the skydiver has to set the comfortable height for themselves. The attachment can be made by a local rigger very easily.
