Shipping rules

FlySight 2 is a complete redesign, building on all the things we learned with FlySight 1. Of course, we’ve included the original features:

Real-time audible feedback using tones and speech
Review of data after the jump using the same applications you’ve used with FlySight 1

To this, we’ve added a few new features:

More powerful processor with Bluetooth Low Energy radio
Improved audio quality
Additional sensors (acceleration, rotation, orientation, pressure, humidity, temperature)
Water resistant case (IP67)
USB C

Initially, the functionality of FlySight 2 will be similar to FlySight 1, but as with the original, we will be improving FlySight 2 with free firmware updates. The first priority once we get the hardware out the door will be to work with mobile application developers to build an interface to transfer data and configure FlySight 2.

FlySight 2 can log GNSS at a rate of up to 25 Hz, pressure up to 200 Hz, and acceleration and rotation up to 6 kHz. Looking ahead, we will be using this data to provide information about the unit’s orientation during a jump, as well as to improve the accuracy of distance measurements over short time spans, e.g., shortly after exit or before landing.

Full payment for the order (including the price of the product and applicable shipping charges) must be paid prior to completing the order. Additional fees may apply for payments by credit card and PayPal. The item will be delivered after confirmation of the payment. Large transactions may require additional inspection, and we will require confirmation of the requested details before proceeding with the order. In that case, we will contact you. Shipments should not be denied or carriers’ requests for customs duties and/or tax obligations should not be ignored. Please remember that most carriers will keep the shipment up to 7 days after delivery to your country before returning it to the sender.
The recipient of an international shipment outside the EU may be subject to customs brokerage fees, duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Payment of additional charges is the recipient’s responsibility as we have no control over the government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be.
